Marbella-Costa del Sol is one of the most frequently used Google search terms, as 160 real estate agents and marketing professionals were informed by online marketing consultants OptimaSit during Tuesday’s information-packed technology training session in Marbella.
Held in the sleek surroundings of Andalucía Lab Tourism Innovation Centre – the regional government’s digital enterprise hub opposite the English International College, Elviria –
my third visit in a week was a lesson in revolutionising our approach to promoting the Costa del Sol for maximum Google exposure.
Delivered in English, ‘Outrunning Your Competition in Real Estate’ was introduced by Lab director José Luis Córdoba with a light-hearted opening session by OptimaSit business development manager Adrian Mutti and first presentation by OptimaSit director Geert Rillaerts.
We now know which are the most important tools specifically for entrepreneurs and small-medium sized enterprises in Marbella-Costa del Sol, and thanks to OptimaSit digital analyst Sonia Ingriselli – who speaks an entertaining form of Googlish, the language of hard-core web communicators – the attentive audience were party to vital insider information delivered in a stimulating, non-technical way as we hung onto her every word.
A session introducing Optima Sit’s revolutionary Agency Management System (AMS) was followed by legal obligations businesses must comply with in the online environment, presented by Victoria Anzola from Iberdata21 theoretical distance learning providers.
A free draw co-sponsored by ADS Marketing & Consulting wrapped up the seminar, with prizes including business card design and print and digital advertising packages going to five lucky winners, ADS director Stefan Knöbel and Geert on hand to present the prizes.
