Andalucía Lab works with traditional and travel tech companies to help them thrive in a very complex scenario.
At the end of this summer we sent, in collaboration with the EU SME Centre, a survey to our users aimed at collecting information about the Andalusian tourism sector and its relationship with the Chinese market.
The main goal of this questionnaire was to prepare an oriented content that could address the main concerns of the tourism and travel technology companies interested in doing business in this market.
Regarding this we are organizing a joint webinar with the following key discussion points:
- Profiling of Chinese tourists.
- Evolution of the Chinese consumer, its trends and how to meet his requests.
- An evaluation of the post-pandemic recovery.

Francesco Boggio Ferraris, Executive Director, ICCF Academy will be in charge of presenting the main points and generate discussion among attendees.
Born in Milan in 1980, he graduated with honors in political science with a thesis entitled «China’s Rise of Power. A new bipolarism?» He graduated in Chinese Language and Culture from Is.I.A.O and earned the HSK certificate of proficiency in Chinese language. Since 2009, he has been director of the «Scuola di Formazione Permanente» of the Italy China Foundation and since 2022 of the ICCF Academy – Italy China Council Foundation.
